Robert Louis Kennedy

Robert Louis "Lou" Kennedy, age 59, of 458 Oakhurst Rd., Asheboro died Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at his home. Mr. Kennedy was a native of Randolph County and was a graduate of Randleman High School Class of 1967. He was employed with Central Carolina Waste in Asheboro and was a U.S. Army Veteran of Vietnam. He is survived by one daughter: Michelle and her husband, Rodney Whitaker of Denton; one son: Bryan Kennedy of Denton; granddaughter, Haley Whitaker; parents, Herman and Jeane Kennedy of Randleman; brother: Jeff and his wife, Anne Kennedy of Randleman, niece, Sarah Beth Kennedy; nephew, Ross Kennedy; Aunt, Carol Fleming of Randleman.The family will receive friends Friday, November 28, 2008 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman and other times at the home of his parents, 334 W. Academy St., Randleman. The funeral will be Saturday at 11:00 AM at Midway Wesleyan Church, 331 Worthville Rd., Randleman with Rev. J. Arnold Luther officiating.
