Richard Lee Hunt

Richard Lee Hunt, age 54, of Asheboro died Wednesday, October 13, 2010. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 18, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gerald Hussey officiating. Burial will be in Grays Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery. Mr. Hunt was a native of Asheboro and was employed as a long distance truck driver. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Lee Hunt. Richard was an avid fisherman, hunter, gardener, and dog lover. He is survived by his mother, Ann J. Hunt of Asheboro and brother, David Andrew "Andy" Hunt of Asheboro. The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 17, 2010 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC.
