Richard Howard Cook, Jr., age 55, of Winston-Salem died Friday, October 6, 2017.
Mr. Cook was born in Chicago, IL on July 8, 1962 to Richard Howard and Emmilie Daniel Cook.
He is survived by his daughter, Keisha Ward of Asheboro; sisters, Kelli Stephens Glass and husband Chad of Asheboro and Wanda Stephens Lynch and husband John of Lumberton; brother, Jay Stephens of Asheboro; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
No services are planned at this time.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 2, 2018 from 2:00-6:00 pm at the home of Chad & Kelli Glass, 1003 Breezehill Road in Asheboro.
Pugh Funeral Home in Asheboro is serving the Cook family.
