Reva Garner Davis

Reva Garner Davis, age 78, of Asheboro died Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill. Ms. Davis was born in Asheboro on April 4, 1937 to Hal and Bettie Davis Garner. She was the owner/operator of a janitorial service for 40 years. Reva was a longtime member of Forest Park Baptist Church and was an advocate of CUOC. Reva also loved her four-legged great grandchildren. She is survived by her son, Chip Davis and wife Cindy of Asheboro; grandsons, Andrew Davis and wife Sarah of Asheboro and Hal Davis and wife Brielle of Asheboro; sister-in-law, Wanda Tesch of Randleman; special friend, Tim Burrow of Asheboro; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 28, 2015 from 2:00-2:45 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro. A graveside service will follow on Friday at 3:00 pm at Oaklawn Cemetery, 737 Albemarle Road with Rev. Joel M. McDuffie officiating.
