Rebecca Cole Lawhorn

Rebecca Cole Lawhorn, age 74, of 210 Roseboro Dr., Asheboro died Monday, March 3, 2008 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Mrs. Lawhorn was a native of Randolph County, a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her husband, Bill Lawhorn, five daughters, Cathy Jackson of Denton, NC, Joyce Brady of Asheboro, NC, Rhonda Melton of Tampa, FL, Michelle Harris of Knightdale, NC, Jessica Lawhorn of Prinevile, OR; sons, Derek Waterhouse of Mebane, NC, Billy Lawhorn of Thornburg, VA, Joey Lawhorn of Haymarket, VA; sister, Verna Dean Caudill of Ether, NC and brother, Jerry Cole of High Point, NC; 15 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Thursday, March 6, 2008 from 6 - 8 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC and at her home following the service. The funeral will be Friday, March 7, 2008 at 1:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, Asheboro with Pastor John Leviner officiating. Burial will be in Holly Hill Memorial Park, Thomasville.
