Raymon Edgar Talbert

Raymon Edgar Talbert, age 27, of 7228 Lassiter Mill Road, Troy died Thursday, July 7, 2011 in a vehicle accident at 655 River Road, Mt. Gilead. Raymon was born March 27, 1984 in Moore County, NC, the son of the late Robert Talbert and Peggy Patterson Talbert of Robbins. He attended Long Hill Baptist Church and was a member of the New Hope Volunteer Fire Department. He was an employee of Jordan Lumber Company. In addition to his mother, Raymon is survived by his wife: Karen Dunn Talbert of the home; two daughters: Riley Elizabeth Talbert of the home, Rebekah Elisha Talbert of Pembroke; two sisters: Jeanie Kay Ryan of Eagle Springs and Roxanne Talbert of Indiana. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6-8 pm at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home, 211 North Main Street, Troy; other times at the home. The funeral will be Sunday at 3:00 pm at Long Hill Baptist Church, 637 Capelsie Road, Candor with Pastor Larry Beaver officiating. Burial with honors by the New Hope Volunteer Fire Department will be in Long Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
