Randy Lee Corder

Randy Lee Corder, age 52, of Seagrove died Sunday, April 22, 2018 at his home.

Mr. Corder was a native of Randolph County and a member of Asbury Baptist Church.  He formerly worked in construction and was presently employed with NC Department of Transportation.  Randy was an avid hunter, striper fisherman and Mopar car enthusiast.

However, his greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with his family.  Randy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Grant and Lillie Handy and Ellis and Hazel Corder.

He is survived by his wife, Renee Powell Corder; daughters, Savannah Foland and husband Justin of Seagrove, Ashly Hill of Asheboro, Amber Corder of Seagrove; step son, Justin Blake of Randleman; parents, Walter and Jolie Corder of Asheboro; grandchildren, Hazel Scott, Justin "J.J." Foland, Jr., Cody Foland, Zaysean Hill, Trey Hill, Madison Foland; brother, David Corder of Asheboro.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 25, 2018 from 6-8:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Ave., Asheboro.  Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Asbury Baptist Church, 395 Asbury Church Rd., Seagrove with Rev. Wayne Bryson and Rev. Clay Davis officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.
