Phronie Mae Hogan

Phronie Mae Hogan, age 96, of Seagrove died Monday, April 29, 2019 at Randolph Health.

Miss Hogan was born February 8, 1923 in Asheboro to W. B. and Hettie Hogan.

She was retired from Blue Bell after 42 years of service and was a member of Seagrove Christian Church. In addition to her parents, Miss Hogan was preceded in death by her siblings, Dal, Fred, Ray, Gladys Harmon and Marie Malpass.

She is survived by brother, Franklin Hogan of Ellicott City, MD; nephews, William Malpass of Asheboro, Don Malpass of Asheboro, Wayne Hogan of Seagrove; niece, Sheila Novak of Ellicott City, MD; great nieces and nephews, Tyler and Kaitlin Malpass, Matthew and Andrew Novak.

The family will receive friends Friday, May 3, 2019 from 1:00-2:00 PM at Seagrove Christian Church, 426 NC Hwy 705, Seagrove. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 PM at Seagrove Christian Church Cemetery with Rev. L. D. Pritchard and Rev. Bo Wansley officiating.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Vickey Morgan and Susan Morris for their great care and concern for Phronie.
