Miss Bullard was born March 2, 1948 in Wadesboro to Joe and Clara Threadgill Bullard. She was a member of Spoons Chapel Christian Church. She is survived by her sisters, Mary Caudle of Mooresville, Clara Wilkerson of Asheboro; brother, Charlie Bullard and wife Wanda of Asheboro. Peggy was also blessed with many nieces and nephews that she loved and they loved her back. The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 9, 2016 from 6 - 8 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro and other times at the home of her sister, Clara Wilkerson, 2930 Buffalo Ford Rd., Asheboro. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 10, 2016 at 12:00 noon at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor John Auler officiating. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park.
