Pauline Louise Woodell

Pauline Louise Scott Woodell, age 86, of 567 Scott Farm Rd., Asheboro died Friday, July 20, 2012 at Randolph Hospital. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 22, 2012 from 1:30-2:30 pm at Pleasant Hill Primitive Baptist Church, New Hope Church Rd., Asheboro, NC and other times at her home. Funeral services will follow on Sunday at 3:00 pm at Pleasant Hill Primitive Baptist Church with Elder David Brooks officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Woodell was born in Randolph County on June 6, 1926 to John Milton and Reba Richardson Scott. She was retired from Acme-McCrary Corporation after 30+ years of service and was formerly employed with Mid-State Plastics. Pauline was a member of Pleasant Hill Primitive Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Pauline was preceded in death by her husband John Melvin Woodell. She is survived by her daughters, Debra W. Norwood of Rock Hill, SC, Deana W. Bauer of Asheboro, NC, Margo Woodell of the home; 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brother, Lacy Scott of Asheboro, NC; and sisters, Canary Kearns and Jewel Copple both of Asheboro, NC.
