Paula Jean Lindsay

Paula Jean Lindsay, age 54, of Asheboro, NC died Monday, April 26, 2010 at Duke University Medical Center, Durham. Paula was a 1973 graduate of Asheboro High School and a rural letter carrier for approximately 16 years. She was preceded in death by her mother, Florence Timbers Lindsay on November 3, 1994 and her father, William Clifton Lindsay on March 10, 2010. Paula was one of Jehovah's Witness since 1968. Surviving are two brothers, her twin Paul Eugene Lindsay and Elroy Aikens and his wife Carolyn; sisters, Deborah Harris and her husband Roger, Sarah Baldwin and Gwen Leonard all of Asheboro; five nieces and eight nephews. The family will receive friends Friday, April 30, 2010, from 6-8:30 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Ave., Asheboro, NC. and at other times at the home of her sister Sarah Baldwin, 954 Breckenwood Ct. Asheboro, NC A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 1, 2010 at 2:00 PM at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 4336 US Hwy 64 East, Asheboro, NC. Memorials may be made to World Wide Work of Jehovah's Witnesses or Watchtower Bible and Track Society.
