Paula Maynard Hunt

Paula Maynard Hunt, age 50, of 383 Spencer Meadow Road, Asheboro died Saturday, July 31, 2010 at High Point Regional Hospital, High Point. Mrs. Hunt was born August 24, 1959 the daughter of Paul and Hester Reed Maynard. Paula spent her early years in Turkey Creek, KY and had worked recently at Neighbors Grove Church Daycare. She was a member of Living Waters Baptist Church and is preceded in death by her parents and one brother: James Maynard. She is survived by her husband: Allen Hunt; one daughter: Tarha Y. Khan of Asheboro; stepson, A.J. Hunt of Asheboro; sister and her husband, Y. Carol and Garrett Staton of Sophia, NC; sister and her husband, Linda and Charles Trout of Sophia, NC; one brother: Clifford Maynard of Turkey Creek, KY; parents-in-law: Odis and Patsy Hunt of Asheboro; 7 nieces and nephews; and 5 great-nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Monday, August 2, 2010 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Living Waters Baptist Church, Sophia, NC. The funeral will be at the church on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Wayne Pugh officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Park.
