Patrick Joseph DePalma, Jr.

Patrick Joseph DePalma, Jr., age 66, of Asheboro died Sunday, May 6, 2012 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro. Mr. DePalma was a native of Patterson, NJ and an Army veteran of the Vietnam Era, having served in the 82nd Airborne. He was a substance abuse counselor and martial arts instructor. He had some interesting experiences in his life including living in a Monastery for a time. He is survived by his wife, Victoria Richards DePalma; daughters, Nicole Richards of Asheboro, Sonsee DePalma of Florida, Sarah DePalma Barnier of Florida; son, Kyle DePalma of Florida; and 9 grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Thursday, May 10, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Salisbury National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury. Pugh Funeral Home in Asheboro is assisting the family.
