Patricia Grimes

Patricia Kay Grimes, age 59, of 139 Park Street, Seagrove and formerly of Thomasville died Saturday, February 9, 2013 at her home. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. Funeral services will follow on Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Tim Pheagin officiating. Mrs. Grimes was a native of Alexandria, VA, was employed in the customer service industry, and was of the Methodist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband Jim Grimes, mother Jean Steiner and granddaughter Naylen Cardin-Chriscoe. Pat loved gardening, her pets, and family. She was very creative and artistic and could see the potential in everything and everyone. Patricia was a very gracious and compassionate person who went out of her way to make people feel special. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by her daughters, Jennell Cardin-Chriscoe and her husband Trent of Seagrove, Nicole Woodward of Thomasville; companion, Ricky Estrada of Seagrove; grandchildren, Kirsten Cardin, Kinsley Cardin- Chriscoe, Teague Cardin- Chriscoe; and great grandchild, Aiden Cardin.
