Patricia Chandler

Patricia Vinson Chandler, age 61, of Asheboro died Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at High Point Regional Hospital, High Point. Mrs. Chandler was born June 20, 1951 in Florence, SC to Samuel and Susan Downs Vinson. She was a member of West Bend United Methodist Church and a retired kindergarten teacher from Tabernacle Elementary School after 30 years of service. Patricia was a blessing to all those whose lives she touched and will be sorely missed by her beloved friends and family. She is survived by her husband, James Y. Chandler, III; daughter, Kelly Chandler and her fianc Bradley Kirby of Asheboro; sister, Deborah Scroggins and her husband Roger of Windermere, FL. The family will receive friends Friday, January 18, 2013 from 6 to 8 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 19, 2012 at 10:00 am at West Bend United Methodist Church, 1080 Albemarle Rd., Asheboro with Rev. Drew McIntyre officiating.
