Patricia Ann Burchette Ashley

Patricia Ann Burchette Ashley, age 75, formerly of Asheboro, passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at GrayBrier Nursing and Retirement Center. Ms. Ashley was born in North Wilkesboro on April 2, 1942 to Gary and Thelma Combs Burchette, who preceded her in death. She was formerly employed with Jockey International and was retired as a Jailer with the Randolph County Jail. She is survived by her sons, Gary Ashley and wife Lorrie of Asheboro, Danny Ashley of Asheboro, and Todd Ashley of Randleman; grandchildren, Brandon Ashley and wife Mandy, Danielle Grant and husband Lukas, Courtney Ashley, Michael Ashley and wife Shaina, Brianna Ashley, Madison Ashley, Gregory Ashley, Bradley Ashley, and Cody Ashley; great grandchildren, Brynn, Evan, Allie, Cameron, Mason, Willow, Tanner, Nolan, and Emmet; and brother, Butch Burchette of Greensboro. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro and other times at the home of Gary and Lorrie Ashley. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Barry Wall officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Park.
