Pamela Sue Sechrest

Pamela Sue Lane Sechrest, age 65, of Brown Summit died Friday, February 13, 2015 at her home. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro. The family will receive friends following the service. Ms. Sechrest was a native of Asheboro and a 1967 graduate of Asheboro High School. She was retired from Time Warner Cable in Greensboro. Pamela loved her grandchildren and would go out of her way to help other people. She is survived by her step father, Bob Slade of Randleman; Goddaughter, Tara Hoover and husband, Todd of Asheboro; step daughter, Jeannie Sechrest of Burlington; step son, Justin Sechrest of Richmond, VA; grandchildren, Saria Hinton, Kordell Hinton, Harrison Tucker; and lifelong friends, Cecelia Ingram and Johnny Whitley.
