Ora G Allen

Ora Pug Givens Allen, age 81, of 514 Vision Dr., Asheboro, formerly of Randleman, died Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at Clapps Nursing Center, Inc., Asheboro. Mrs. Allen was a native of Iredell County and a member of Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church. Mrs. Allen was retired from Sew Special in Randleman. She is preceded in death by her husband James Daniel Allen and her grandson, Jonathan Walker. She is survived by one son: Randy and wife Cynthia Allen of Asheboro, one daughter: Janet and husband Herman Myrick of Belmont, NC. One sister: Rose Riddle and one brother: Albert Givens, both of Statesville, NC. 3 Grandchildren, Jaime Walker of Belmont, Amanda and husband Nate Dennison of Durham, and Jessica and husband Brett Crisp, of Randleman. 1 great grandchild, Carter Broome. The family will receive friends Thursday, October 25, 2007 from 2:00 - 3:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 S. Main St., Randleman, NC and other times at Randy and Cynthia Allen, 569 Brown Trail, Asheboro, NC. The funeral will be Thursday, October 25, 2007 at 3:00 at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 600 South Main Street, Randleman. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro, NC.
