Opal Faye Jones Jarrell

Opal Faye Jones Jarrell, age 81, of 4473 Bachelor Creek Rd., Asheboro, died Friday, January 7, 2011 at her home. Mrs. Jarrell was born in Reidsville, NC and retired from Acme McCrary Corporation. She was a member of To God Be the Glory Ministries and was preceded in death by her husband, Hal F. Jarrell. She is survived by her daughter: Tammy Jarrell Lowe; Sons: Danny and his wife, Kathy Jarrell and Tony and his wife, Sherry Jarrell, all of Asheboro, NC; Six Grandchildren; Five Great Grandchildren; and Sister: Charlotte Setzer of Lincolnton, NC; Best Friends; Frances Richardson and Pauline Presnell and all of the ladies at To God Be the Glory Ministries. The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 12, 2011 from 2:00-3:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 3:30 PM at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel Asheboro with Pastor Thurman Williams and Associate Pastor Barry Presnell officiating.
