O. T. Greene

Arthur Otto Greene, age 75, of 927 Lindsey Dr., Troy died Friday, March 7, 2008 at Autumn Care of Biscoe. Mr. Greene was born April 17, 1932 at Montgomery County, NC, the son of the late Brack and Nancy (Hogan) Greene. He was of the Baptist faith and a former truck driver for Gallimore Trucking Co. He is survived by two daughters: Patti Parsons of Southern Pines, Barbara Greene of Troy; two sons: David Greene of Troy, Ken Greene of Asheboro; one sister: Sadie Batten of Burlington; 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6-8 pm at the home of his daughter, Barbara Greene of 114 Eastway Drive, Troy, NC. The funeral will be Sunday at 3:00 pm at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home Chapel, 211 North Main Street, Troy with Rev. Bucky Davis officiating. Burial will be in Greene Family Cemetery, Loving Hill Rd., Candor. Arrangements by Pugh-Troy Funeral Home.
