Nick Poindexter

Nicholas Adam "Nick" Poindexter, age 19, of 111 Rivers Bend Rd., Randleman died Saturday, July 4, 2009 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Nick was born September 22, 1989 in Chapel Hill, NC the son of Stephen and Sonya (Hunter) Poindexter. He was a lifelong resident of Randleman and was working as a delivery driver for Domino's Pizza. He graduated from Randleman High School, Class of 2008. He is survived by his parents: Steve and Sonya Poindexter of Randleman, NC; brother and his wife: Steve, Jr. and Dana Poindexter of Randleman, NC; brother and his wife: Jarrod and Angie Poindexter of Randleman, NC; sister and her husband: Felicia and Michael Holmes of Eflin, NC; brothers: Jeffrey, Dustin, Zachary, and Jacob Poindexter all of the home; paternal grandmother: Lucy Poindexter of San Antonio, TX; maternal grandparents: Joe and Shirley Hunter of Tobaccoville, NC and special friends: Tina and Wade Oxendine of Randleman, NC.The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 7, 2009 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral will be Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Randleman, 100 N. Main Street, Randleman with Rev. Kenneth L. Reaves and Pastor Chris Heppding officiating.
