Nettie York

Nettie Hudson York, age 86, of Randleman died Monday, September 10, 2012 at Woodland Hill Care & Rehabilitation, Asheboro. Mrs. York was native of Randolph County and a homemaker. Nettie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all. She is preceded in death by her husband Charles York; sons, Charles, Randy and Tony York; great great grandchild Dylan; brother, Floyd Hudson; sisters, Kathleen Kidd and Virginia Hudson. She is survived by son: William Lacy "Rub" York and his wife Alfreda "Sissy" of Franklinville, Shane York of Randleman; daughter: Janie Ferguson of Liberty; 15 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren; step son Dennie Hudson of Randleman; sister: Margaret Freeman and her husband Louis of Asheboro; brothers: Johnny Hudson of Randleman and Bill Hudson of Reidsville. The family will receive friends Saturday, September 15, 2012 from 10:00-11:00AM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 am in the chapel with Rev. Ernie Beck officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park. Pugh Funeral Home, Randleman is serving the family.
