Nathan Shane Tysinger

Nathan Shane Tysinger, age 45, of Jonesville, SC died Monday, August 13, 2018.

Shane was a native of Randolph County and a 1991 graduate of Asheboro High School.  He was employed with Powerhouse Boilers of Gastonia.  Shane was an avid sports enthusiast who loved baseball, the Carolina Tarheels and the Denver Broncos.  He enjoyed the outdoors and spent time fishing and hunting and was an advocate of wildlife conservation.  Shane had a great sense of humor, enjoyed comedy and was a great story teller.  He had a great love for his family and friends and will be greatly missed.  Shane was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Alan Tysinger, paternal grandmother, Juanita F. Tysinger; maternal grandfather, Donald C. Purvis; aunt, Annette Wansley.

He is survived by his fiancée, Tiffany Lancaster (Tysinger) and her daughters, Kristin and Payton Lancaster; mother, Donna Miller of Archdale; son, Tanner Tysinger of Winston-Salem; sisters, Lisa Brewer and husband Kevin of Asheboro, Tiffany Sheppard of Asheboro; brothers, Kyle Sizemore and wife Jennifer of Climax, Taylor Allen Miller of Archdale; maternal grandmother, Jearl Purvis of Asheboro; uncle, Joey Purvis and wife Karen of Asheboro; nephews, Austin Varner, Garrett Brewer, Bladin Sizemore; niece, Chloe Sizemore, a host of cousins and canine companion, Shelby Lynn.

The family will receive friends Saturday, August 18, 2018 from 6-8 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro and other times at the home of Lisa and Kevin Brewer, 2754 Stutts Rd., Asheboro.  Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 19, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Eleazer Church, 7503 Eleazer Church Rd., Troy with Jimmy Wansley and Bo Wansley officiating.  Burial will be follow in the church cemetery.
