Nancy Garland

Nancy Garland, age 80, of Sophia died Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, Greensboro. Nancy was a native of Sampson County and retired from Salem Neckwear in Randleman. She was a member of Gospel Baptist Church in Glenola. She is survived by her husband: J.B Garland of the home; sons: Mark Garland and his wife Tracie of Lexington, and Baxter Garland, Jr. and his wife Vicky of Julian; 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; sisters: Edna Mabe, Ida Mae Dodd and Patricia Hicks all of Burlington; brothers: Frank Alderman of Abbington, VA., and Charles Alderman of Saxapahaw, NC The family will receive friends Thursday, November 5, 2015 from 6:00-7:30 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral service will be held Friday, November 6, 2015 at 11:00 am at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 600 South Main Street, Randleman with Rev. Frank Gribble officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.
