Myrtle Harris Turner

Myrtle Polly Harris Turner, age 88, formerly of Troy, died Saturday, October 20, 2007 at Universal Health Care of Ramseur. Mrs. Turner was a Montgomery County native and a member of Center United Methodist Church. She retired from Cannon Mills after 38 years of service and the widow of J.D. Turner. She is survived by one son: Terry Morgan of Asheboro, NC, Three Grandchildren, Two Great Grandchildren. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 - 8 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC and other times at the home of her son, Terry Morgan, 1001 Monroe Ave., Asheboro, NC. The funeral will be held Tuesday at 2:00 PM at Center United Methodist Church in the Blaine community with Rev. Darrell Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Memorial Park in Albemarle.
