Myrtle Elizabeth Russell

Myrtle Elizabeth Whicker Russell, age 91, formerly of Asheboro died Saturday, February 2, 2013 at Universal Health Care of Ramseur. Mrs. Russell was a native of Forsyth County and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, George F. Russell. She is survived by her daughter, Brenda R. Sheron and her husband Terry of Ramseur; grandchildren, Lisa Haithcock and husband Greg of Franklinville, Mike Sheron and wife Andrea of Asheville; great grandchildren, Matthew Haithcock and wife Alicia of Franklinville, Autum Sheron of Asheville. The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 5, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 11:00 am at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Russell Chrisco officiating. Burial will be in Smyrna Grove Community Church Cemetery.
