Mitchell Lowell Hunsucker

Mitchell Lowell Hunsucker, age 60, of 215 Low Water Bridge Road, Troy died Sunday, April 29, 2012 at his home. Mitchell was born January 26, 1952 at Montgomery County, NC, the son of Lowell and Barbara Leach Hunsucker of Troy. He was a member of Ophir United Methodist Church and an employee with 25 years of service at McRae Industries where he was supervisor of the finishing department. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife: Debbie Dunn Hunsucker of the home; one daughter: Heather H. Elam and husband, Brian Elam, Jr. of Troy; one son: Wesley Lowell Hunsucker of Greenville, NC; two sisters: Charlene H. Burris of Mt Gilead, Tina H. Thompson of Troy; one brother: Joe Hunsucker of Troy. The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 1, 2012 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Ophir United Methodist Church, Troy. A Celebration of Life service will immediately follow at 11:00 am with Rev. Glenn Hancock officiating.
