Michael Thomas Watson, age 48, of 201 Windsor Place Circle, Apt #326, Randleman died Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at his home. Mr. Watson was a native of Randolph County and was formerly employed with Marsh Furniture. He was active in AA and NA and was an avid sportsman. Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Amy Katherine Miles Watson.He is survived by two daughters: Jennifer Watson of Raleigh, NC, Lacey Watson of Troy, NC, father: John Thomas Watson of Sophia, one sister: Michelle Collins of Liberty, NC and one brother: Jonathan Watson of Longmont, CO.A memorial service will be Monday, August 10, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro with Rev. Travis Brock officiating.The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service and at other times at his sister, Michelle's home, 5414 Cox Lane Road, Liberty, NC.
