Mary Kye Toomes

Mary Kye Toomes, age 89, of 120 West River Drive, Randleman died Monday, September 12, 2011 at her home. Mrs. Toomes was born February 8, 1922 in Randolph County, the daughter of James and Katie Kye. She was retired from Laughlin Hosiery Mill. In addition to her parents,Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Eddison Dolye Toomes, son, James Lee Kye, grandson, Ricky Eddison Moore, four brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her daughter: Patricia McMahon of the home; son: Billy "Red" Moore of Randleman; five grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren and seventeen great great grandchildren. A Memorial Graveside Service will be held Thursday, September 15, 2011 at 11:00 am at Country Holiness Cemetery, Randleman with Rev. Carol Hunter officiating.
