Mary Lee Perry

Mary Lee Rich Perry, age 87, of Asheboro died Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Carillon Assisted Living of Asheboro, Asheboro. Mrs. Perry was a native of Randolph County and a member of Russell's Grove Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles and working in her flowers. She was preceded in death by her sons, Mike Keeling, Joe Hunt, Charles Hunt, and daughters, Nancy Perry and Lillie Hughes. She is survived by her sons, Clarence T. Hunt, Jr and wife Linda of Asheboro, Pete Hunt of Asheboro; daughters, Linda Voncannon and husband Lawrence of Asheboro, Shirley Anderson of Asheboro, Debbie Richardson of Sanford, Ann Varner and husband John of Denton; 14 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Saturday, April 2, 2016 from 12:30-1:30PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 PM at Russell's Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, 5118 US Hwy. 220 Bus. South, Asheboro with Rev. Tim Fonner officiating.
