Mary H. Miller, of 230 E. Presnell St., Asheboro died Thursday, December 25, 2008 at Randolph Health & Rehabilitation, Asheboro. She was born December 24, 1923 to Causey Jones Hill and Amelia Frances Overton Hill. Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 28, 2008 at 4:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Thurman Williams officiating. Burial will be in Back Creek Friends Meeting.Mrs. Miller was a native of Randolph County, a member of Back Creek Friends Meeting and retired from B. B. Walker Shoe Company. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Clayton Robert Miller, son, Richard Thomas Miller, sisters, Lula Russell, Bulan Barnes and brothers, Eugene Hill and Frank Hill. She is survived by her daughter Ruby Baxter and her husband Harold of Asheboro, NC; daughter-in-law, Marie Miller of Asheboro; grandchildren, Crystal Baxter of Asheboro, Beth Sands and her husband Lee of Ramseur, Lisa Weiss of Asheboro, Michelle Fausnett and her husband, Henry of Asheboro, Doug Baxter of Randleman; great grandchildren, Damon Sands of Ramseur, Tori Weiss of Asheboro, Keisha Fausnett of Asheboro, Austin Fausnett of Asheboro, Ashley Capps and her husband Robbie of Greenville, TN, Brittany Venable of Asheboro; great great grandson, Bryson Capps of Greenville, TN; sister, Ada Mize of Asheboro.The family will receive friends Sunday, December 28, 2008 from 2:30-3:45pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC.
