Mary Isabelle Hinshaw

Mary "Isabelle" Ward Hinshaw, age 94, of Randleman , died Friday, July 28, 2017 at Randolph Health, Asheboro.

Mrs. Hinshaw was born February 23, 1923 the daughter of Romulous and Henrietta Ward.

Isabelle was the owner of Isabelle's Beauty Shop. She was known as "Nanny" to her grandchildren and all of their friends. Isabelle took great pride in her family and will be greatly missed. In addition to her parents, Isabelle is preceded in death by her husband, David Holt Hinshaw, Sr. and son David Holt Hinshaw, Jr., brothers, Vance and Jesse Ward.

She is survived by her granddaughter, Misty Hinshaw (Brian Ramm) of Pleasant Garden; grandson, David Holt Hinshaw III of Randleman; great grandchildren: Gray Braica and Carly Hinshaw of Pleasant Garden; mother of grandchildren, Sherry Cashatt Hinshaw Fonner.

The family will receive friends Monday, July 31, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral service will be Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at 3:00 pm at New Salem United Methodist Church, 623 New Salem Rd., Randleman.Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
