Mary Ellen Voss

Mary Ellen Daniels Voss, age 91, of Randleman died Monday, June 15, 2009 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro.Mrs. Voss was born April 3, 1918 in Randolph County, to Talmage and Flora Marley Daniel. She attended First Wesleyan Church in Randleman and was retired from Klopman Mills in Central Falls. In addition to her parents, Mary Ellen was preceded in death by her sister, Vera Moser of Randleman, her brothers, Ed Daniels of Randleman, Tom Henry Daniel of Randleman, Frank Daniel of Norfolk, VA, Owen Daniel of Randleman, and Clayton Daniel of Asheboro. She is survived by her son, Talmage Voss and his wife Iris of Asheboro, NC; granddaughter, Jennifer Voss and her son, Jace Voss of Asheboro, NC; grandsons, Michael Voss of Asheboro, NC, Eric Voss of Camp Taja, Iraq and his wife, Mallary Voss of Trinity, NC; sister, Liza McLelland and her husband Jack of Statesville, NC; brothers, Everette Daniels and his wife Ruth of Liberty, NC; Jay Daniels and his wife Dot of Randleman, NC.The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 18, 2009 from 10:00-10:45 a.m. at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don Hurlburt officiating.
