Mary Francis Martin Davidson

Mary Francis Martin Davidson of Asheboro died Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at Randolph Hospital. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Oaklawn Cemetery with Rev. A.J. Kendrick officiating. Mrs. Davidson was a native of Montgomery County and was a homemaker. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Kenyon Lawrence Davidson, Sr., brother Pepper Martin, and sister Bernice Bondurant. She is remembered by her children and grandchildren as a loving and dedicated mother and grandmother. She is survived by her sons, Kenyon L. Davidson, Jr. of Asheboro, NC, Mark Davidson and his wife Krista of Asheboro, NC, Robert Lee Davidson and his wife Mandy of Asheboro, NC; grandchildren, Kenyon L. Davidson III, Grant Davidson, English Davidson, John Davidson; Salem Davidson, Sawyer Davidson, Claire Davidson, and Piper Davidson; sisters, Elaine Rizk of Laurinburg, NC, Barbara Beck of Asheboro, NC; brother-in-law, Russell Bondurant of Asheboro, NC; and sister-in-law, Lib Martin of Asheboro, NC. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 9, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC and other times at her home. The family would like to express a special thanks to her caregivers, George Watkins, Lori Duncan, and Kathy Mallard, and her niece Teresa Robbins.
