Mary Miles Berry

Mary Miles Berry, age 84, formerly of Westwood Dr., Asheboro died Thursday, November 6, 2008 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 8, 2008 at 11:00 am at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lee Lautenschleger officiating. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park. Mrs. Berry was a native of Franklinville and was employed with Dixie Restaurant which then became Downtown Restaurant for 30 years. She was a member of Zion Praise and Worship Center and was preceded in death by her husband Jasper Berry. She is survived by her sisters, Helen Steed and Jewel Wallace both of Asheboro, NC. The family will receive friends Friday, November 7, 2008 from 7:00 - 9:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC and other times at the home of Helen Steed, 313 S.
