Martha Joanne Craven

Martha Joanne Craven, age 54, of 695 Moore Rd., Asheboro died Monday, May 18, 2009 at Woodland Hill Care & Rehabilitation, Asheboro. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 21, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Asheboro Friends Meeting, with Rev. Leslie Winslow and Rev. Kenneth Thames officiating. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park. Miss Craven was a native of Randolph County and attended John Wesley College. She was a member of the Salvation Army Church in Raleigh and Asheboro Friends Meeting. She is survived by her sister, Fonda Craven of Asheboro and her mother, Esther Phillips Craven of Asheboro. The family will receive friends Thursday, May 21, 2009 from 11:30 am until 1:00 pm at Asheboro Friends Meeting, 230 E. Kivett St., Asheboro.
