Mark Hugh Goodson

Mark Hugh Goodson, age 57, of Franklinville died Thursday, March 8, 2018 at his home.

Mr. Goodson was born September 1, 1960 the son of Nathan and Janice Phillippi Goodson. Mark was a native of Danville, VA. He was a jack of all trades and enjoyed collecting things. Mark was a true car guy, probably why being a mechanic came easy to him. He loved watching the car shows and NASCAR. In addition to his parents, Mark is preceded in death by his sister Nancy and brother Danny.

He is survived by his wife: Kay Millikan Goodson of the home; daughter: Melissa Kindley and husband Shane of Franklinville; grandchildren, Emma, Alex, And Eli Kindley; sister: Gwen Taylor and husband James of Liberty.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 13, 2018 from 1:00-1:45 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 in the chapel with Pastor Tom Fields officiating.
