Marjorie Dobbins White

Marjorie Dobbins White, age 98, of Greensboro and formerly of Asheboro, died Monday, September 16, 2013 at the Hospice Home at High Point. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Randolph Memorial Park, 4538 US Hwy 220 Bus. North, Asheboro with Dr. Terry L. Matthews officiating. Mrs. White was born in Rockingham on February 1, 1915 to Frank and Amelia Lisk Dobbins. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband Frank White, sister, Mary Gaddis, and brother Donald Dobbins. She is survived by her daughter, Fran Rubio of Greensboro; grandchildren, Michelle St. George of Altamonte Springs, FL, Ryan Rubio and his wife Jessamyn of Durham; great grandchildren, Annabel St. George and Nicholas St. George both of Altamonte Springs, FL and Raylen Rubio of Durham.
