Marion 'Mary Lou' Dantzler Pulliam

Marion 'Mary Lou' Dantzler Pulliam, age 84, of 835 S Cox St. Apt 12, Asheboro died Friday, September 5, 2014 at Kindred Hospital, Greensboro. Mrs. Pulliam was born November 14, 1929 the daughter of Jack W. and Eula Mae Parker Dantzler. Mrs. Pulliam was a native of Randolph County and a member of First United Methodist Church. She was retired from Black & Veatch after 40 years of service. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Hal Pulliam. She is survived by two sons: Halton S. "Smitty" Pulliam, Jr. and his wife, Cindy Gordon Pulliam of Archdale and Kelly Pulliam and his wife, Dawn of Loganville, GA, 4 grandchildren: Jordan (Scott) Beck , Hal Pulliam, Matt (Mandy) Brinkley of Durham, Logan Brinkley of Archdale; 4 great grandchildren: Cody Beck, Carter Beck, Cami Brinkley and Cooper Brinkley; brother: Bobby W. Dantzler of Altus, OK. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Oaklawn Cemetery, 737 Albemarle Road, Asheboro .
