Margaret Robbins Steed

Margaret Robbins Steed, age 90, of Asheboro died Sunday, January 6, 2013 at the home of her son in Durham. Mrs. Steed was retired from Blue Gem and Hoffman Oil Company. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and was preceded in death by her husband Hal Dixon Steed. She is survived by her son, Richard Steed and his wife Jane of Durham; and grandsons, Parker Steed, Connor Steed, and Frank Steed. A graveside memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Randolph Memorial Park, 4538 US Hwy 220 Bus. North, Asheboro. Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, 224 North Fayetteville Street, Asheboro, NC 27203. Pugh Funeral Home in Asheboro is serving the Steed family.
