Margaret Hester Kinney

Margaret Hester Kinney, age 78, of 824 Woodcrest Dr., Asheboro died Wednesday, October 15, 2003 at her home. A very loving mother and mawmaw, Mrs. Kinney was a graduate of Wingate College, a member of First E&R United Church of Christ and was retired from Acme-McCrary Corporation after 37 years of service. She is survived by her husband of 59 years Odell Kinney; one daughter: Susan K. Mills of Wilmington, NC; one sister: Willie Lou Perry of Durham, NC; Grandson, Marcus Gregory of Wilmington, NC; Granddaughter, Melissa G. Gullo of Paducah, KY; great granddaughter, Claudia Jean Marie Gregory of Wilmington, NC; great granddaughter, Parker Marie Gullo of Greensboro, NC. The family will receive friends Friday, October 17, 2003 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Ave., Asheboro, NC. The funeral will be Saturday, October 18, 2003 at 11:00 am at First E & R United Church of Christ, 221 Cliff Road, Asheboro with Rev. Dale Kennedy officiating.
