Margaret Inman McDowell

Margaret Inman McDowell, age 77, of Randleman died Friday, July 13, 2012 at Beacon Place Hospice And Palliative Care Of Greensboro, Greensboro. Mrs. McDowell was born February 3, 1935, the daughter of Jim Inman and Hester Hutchens Inman. Mrs. McDowell was a native of Reidsville, NC and a member of Friendship Baptist Church of Level Cross. She was formerly employed with Cone Mills of Greensboro and Deep River Dye in Randleman. In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her daughter: Brenda Chatel and a son: Bert McDowell and two brothers: George Inman and Bill Inman. She is survived by her husband of 54 years: Albert Mayfield McDowell, one daughter: Amy Newbold and her husband, Joe of Randleman; two sons: Gary McDowell of Greensboro, and Terry McDowell of Randleman and 3 grandchildren: Drew Newbold of Randleman, Gary "Dean" McDowell of Greensboro and Joseph Chatel of Greensboro. The family will receive friends Sunday, July 15, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC and other times at the home of: Amy and Joe Newbold, 4960 Cecil Norman Road, Randleman. The funeral service will be held Monday, July 16, 2012 at 11:00 AM in the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 600 South Main Street, Randleman with Rev. Rex Pollard officiating.
