Margaret Boger Fenters

Margaret Boger "Maggie" Fenters, age 88, of 514 Vision Dr., Asheboro died Monday, September 29, 2008 at Carolina House Of Asheboro, Asheboro. Mrs. Fenters was born August 14, 1920 the daughter of William E. and Mabel Biles Boger. Mrs. Fenters was a native of Concord and spent most of her young adult life in Albemarle where she was a member of the Jaycetts and Beta Sigma Phi. She was the owner of Maggie's Towel and Sheet Shop in Asheboro and enjoyed crocheting and needlework. Mrs. Fenters was preceded in death by her husband, Henry S. Fenters and sisters, Mary Ellen Harvelle, Frances Lindahl and Mabel Elizabeth Chaney. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Ed and Marie Fenters of Mt. Gilead, NC; son & daughter-in-law, Franklin D. and Phoebe Fenters of McDonough, GA; daughter & son-in-law, Toni F. and John Underwood of Asheboro, NC; 7 grandchildren12 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren; one sister: Willie Evelyn Tucker of Norfolk, VA. The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 30, 2008 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. The graveside service will be Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Fairview Memorial Park, Albemarle with Dr. Richard Crider officiating. Memorials may be made to Hospice Of Randolph, P.O.
