Margaret Holmes Daniel, age 67, of 223 W. Balfour Ave., Asheboro died Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro.Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 7, 2009 at 3:00 pm at North Asheboro Church of God with Rev. Scottie Daniel and Rev. Matt Gunter officiating.Mrs. Daniel was a native of Virginia, a member of North Asheboro Church of God and operated Daniel's Day Care. She is survived by her husband, Walter Daniel, Sr.; daughters, Bobbie Haga, Sandra Fisher, Vondena Whitley all of Asheboro, Melissa Burgess of Franklinville, Carolyn Compton, Marie Tupper both of Danville, VA; sons, Kenneth Daniel, Rev. Scottie Daniel both of Asheboro, Michael Haga of Calhoun, MS, Walter Daniel, Jr. of Crew, VA; 24 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sisters, Janette Allred of Franklinville, Rhoda Harmon of Grays Chapel, Gladys Jarvis of New York.The family will receive friends Sunday immediately after the funeral service at North Asheboro Church of God, 1349 Randolph-Tabernacle Rd., Asheboro, NC.
