Margaret Hill Bean

Margaret Hill Bean, age 72, of Asheboro died Thursday, September 11, 2014 at High Point Regional Hospital, High Point. Mrs. Bean was born May 7, 1942 the daughter of Jonah Ray and Gladys Williamson Hill. Mrs. Bean was a native of Randolph County, a homemaker and of Baptist faith. In addition to her father, Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, John Cleveland Bean, Jr. and sister, Christine Davis. She is survived by her mother: Gladys Williamson Hill; two daughters, Terry Ann Cagle of Asheboro, Iris D. Swaney and husband Dwayne of Asheboro; son, Willis Cagle and wife Teresa of Asheboro; two sisters, Frances York and husband Ken of Randleman, Peggy Moore of Daytona Beach, FL; brothers, Ray Hill and wife Cheryl of Asheboro, Jessie Hill and wife Patricia of Greensboro; 4 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Friday, September 12, 2014 at 6:00 pm at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro with Rev. Ronnie McNeill officiating. The family will receive friends following the memorial service.
