Marcine Hodge Ragan

Marcine Hodge Ragan, age 87, of Randleman died Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Clapp's Convalescent Nursing Home in Asheboro. Mrs. Ragan was born April 9, 1929 in Lexington, NC, the daughter of Coy and Clostie McLean Hodge. She was a member of Randleman First Wesleyan Church and retired from Laughlin Hosiery Mill. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Lee Ragan and her siblings, Joe, Pat, Bynum, and Lloyd Hodge, Faye Whittington, Hassie Loman, and Shirley Johnson. She is survived by her son, Thomas Michael Ragan of Durham; Grandsons, Michael Lee and Daniel Ragan; great grandchild, Aiden Ragan; Several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 11, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral will be held Wednesday at 2:00 at First Wesleyan Church, 125 Tabernacle St., Randleman, NC with Rev. Don Hurlburt and Pastor Mark Wilburn officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park in Asheboro.
