Mabel Church Lowrance

Mabel Church Lowrance, age 93, of Asheboro died Sunday, March 8, 2015 at High Point Regional Hospital, High Point. Mrs. Lowrance was born May 15, 1921, the daughter of Mack and Dora Johnson Church. Mabel was a native of Davidson, NC and always enjoyed eating breakfast out. She was a homemaker and a fabulous Mom and friend. She will be greatly missed. Mrs. Lowrance was a member of Richaland Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband: Robert William Lowrance, son: Jerry William Lowrance and several siblings. She is survived by children: Robert David (Ann) Lowrance of Bennettsville, SC; Donna Gayle (Jimmy) Rich of Asheboro, NC, Shirley Ann Lowrance of Madison, NC, Tommy Ray (Rebecca) Lowrance of Asheboro, NC; sister-in-law: Paula Lowrance of Asheboro, NC; 17 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and great-great- great grandchildren and one brother: Donald Church Lowrance. The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 11, 2015 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC, prior to the funeral service at 2:00 PM in the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev.
