Lula Jane Rogers

Lula Jane Rogers, age 83, died Thursday, August 21, 2008 at Universal Health Care Of Ramseur. Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 24, 2008 at 3:00 pm at Society Hill Church Of God, Society Hill, SC with Rev. Rick Hartsoe officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Rogers was a native of Society Hill, SC and a member of Society Hill Church of God. She enjoyed crocheting, going to church and spending time with her family. Mrs. Rogers will be greatly missed. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Bernice J. and Landy Sweatt of Seagrove, NC; grandchildren, Larry Sweatt and Vickie S. Auman and her husband Scott all of Seagrove, NC; great grandchildren, Abby Auman and Stephen Sweatt both of Asheboro, NC, Matthew Auman and Lauren Auman both of Seagrove, NC; sister, Inez Dixon of Society Hill, SC. The family will receive friends Saturday from 7 to 9 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC, other times at the home of Vickie and Scott Auman, 164 Yow Dr., Seagrove, NC. The family wishes to thank the staff of Universal Healthcare of Ramseur for their care and compassion for Mrs. Rogers during her stay there.
