Lula Adelaide Smith Harmon

Lula Adelaide Smith Harmon, age 92, of Asheboro died Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.

Mrs. Harmon was born March 31, 1926 in Forsyth County, NC, the daughter of Fred Lee and Dora Ann Grubbs Smith and attended Bailey's Grove Christian Church.  She was formerly employed with Sherwood Drive In, Brian Center Nursing Home, and retired from Bossong Hosiery Mill.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Lloyd Allen Watkins and brothers J.O. and Bobby Smith.

She is survived by her brother, Tommy Smith and his wife Phyllis of Asheboro; Loving Sister In Law, Darlene Smith of Asheboro; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 20, 2018 from 1:00-2:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC.  The funeral will follow at 2:00 PM in the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. David Millikan officiating.  Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park.
