Lucille Harris

Annie "Lucille" Isley Harris, age 84, of Jamestown, NC died Friday, December 9, 2016 at Heritage Greens, Greensboro. The family will hold a private Celebration of Life gathering at a later date. Mrs. Harris was born August 27, 1932 the daughter of Arlie and Martha Peele Isley. Lucille was a native of Seagrove and spent most of her adult life in Jamestown; she was a hairdresser. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Ellis Harris and her son Brad Harris, and sisters Grace Rich and Hazel Steele, and brother Hal Isley. She is survived by two daughters, Joy Witcher and her husband, Melvin R. Witcher, Jr. of Jamestown, NC and Lynn Harris and her husband, Ed Blackburn of Greensboro, NC; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro, 2500 Summit Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27405.
